Complaints on integrity issues

Anyone can file a complaint on grounds relating to the integrity of ACERTA . All complaints will be assessed by the Integrity Committee of the entity and answered within a period not exceeding ten working days.

The Integrity Committee shall have no obligation to answer slurs or complaints when they are in bad faith or are not related with integrity issues. The commercial complaints and questions of a personal nature of employees and partners must be sent to the attention of the Directorate General of the entity through e- mail , fax or mail.

If you have questions about whether a situation may be a breach of the ACERTA\'s rules of integrity, you can contact the Managing Director of the organization before completing this form.

Complaints of incidences of integrity can also be performed by any other written form , addressed to the Managing Director of ACERTA
